Generally, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date your order was placed. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday or on days before observed holidays after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your shipment tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site.
The standard 2-day shipping rate is $9.99 for the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order.
We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

To process a return on the order you have received, you must email email@example.com with your order number and your reason for return. If a return order is sent without prior email approval, it will not be accepted.
The HiteJinro Shop will accept any unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. All products must be sealed and be in identical condition to the time of purchase. The HiteJinro Shop will NOT accept any unsellable merchandise which has been damaged by the recipient. All items must be returned with its attached original tags and material.

Please be sure to obtain a tracking number when you return any items. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the return to be fully processed.
Orders returned to Sender can be reshipped for a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost. If you opt for a refund, product subtotals including taxes are refunded. However, shipping costs are non-refundable because shipping services have been provided.
Please be aware that any correspondence in regard to returns should be promptly responded to. Should we receive returns without contact information, or should we not hear back from the sender, you forfeit your return and we will restock the inventory after 90 days.
The HiteJinro Shop does not accept exchanges. Should an item be faulty, damaged, or incorrect in any way, it will be subject to our Return Policy. If the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer, a new order must be placed in order to receive the new item. All refunds will be issued once the product has been returned to our facilities.
